I. What Information We Collect and How We Use Them

The Information You Provide

• Account information, such as username, password, email and profile image.
• Your account settings and view preferences.
• Information to verify an account such as proof of identity or age.
• Information in correspondence you send to us, including when you contact us for support.
• Information you share if you fill in advertisers’ forms on our app, or through your participation in surveys, research, promotions, marketing campaigns, events, or contests.

The Information Automatically Collected by Us

• Device Information, such as model of your device, mobile carrier, time zone settings, the device system, network type, your screen resolution and operating system, language setting, IP address, user agent, identifiers for advertising purposes such as GAID (Google Advertising ID) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers).
• Location Information, such as coarse location information, GPS.
• User Journal, such as your login and logout, search, browsing, click, share and viewing duration.

The Information From Third Party Source

• Third-party account registration, such as your account ID, username and your email address of your third-party account from such platforms e.g. Google, Appstore, Facebook.
• Conversion tracking information that advertisers, publishers, and measurement or other partners may provide about you and the actions you have taken outside of our website and app, such as your installed application list, cookie identifiers subject to your advertising settings.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We will use the information we have collected for the following purpose:

• Basic Service. We use the information to maintain basic services.
• Communications. We use the information when updating our functions or solving problems you encounter, because we need to notice or communicate with you.
• Optimization of Experience. We use the information to provide personalized displays and personalized content recommendations that better suit your needs.
• Safety and Security. We use the information to monitor and prevent security risks or technical problems that may harm Freejoy products, protect your account and system security, and improve overall security.
• Technology Enhancement. In order to improve our application and services, we need to conduct various statistics and analysis based on user behavior to enhance our technical capabilities.

Children Policy

Our services are for users above age of 16. Please ensure that you use our services in company by your parent or a guardian if you are under age of 16.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child/children, please contact us immediately if you request to delete or cease use of personal information of your child/children.

II. What Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information or share your personal information without your consent.

However, we share with service providers and business partners as necessary to help us perform business operations and for business purposes. Please note that information disclosed to certain third parties may be processed in accordance with their privacy policies.

We share information we collect with service providers and business partners such as:

• Performance monitoring, disaster recovery: Google Firebase Crashlytics, APM Insight Crash, APM Insight, RangersAppLog, Google UMP.
• Advertising services, administering contests and special offers, analytics, measurement: Admob, Applovin, Pangle, Meta, Unity Ads, Vungle, IronSource, InMobi Mintegral, Fyber, Moloco, Line, BidMachine, Tapjoy, Bluex, AppsFlyer.

We may also share your personal information required by law or by law enforcement authorities, government regulators, courts and other public authorities to fulfill our legal obligations.

III. How We Store and Protect Your Information

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal information and we adopt security protection measures in line with industry standards to prevent unauthorized access, modification, and loss or damage to your information. We will continue to take reasonable security measures and do our utmost commercial efforts to protect the security of your personal information.

You understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.

Presently, our server for storing your personal information related to our services is located in Singapore. You understand and agree that, under the conditions and terms of this Privacy Policy, we may transmit and store your personal information to/in such server upon compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We retain your personal information until the termination of your account and otherwise as long as necessary for the purposes described above. The retention periods are different depending on different criteria. After the retention period, we either delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

V. Revision and Notice of Privacy Policy

In order to provide you with better services and adapt to commercial and legal changes, our services will be updated and changed from time to time, and we will revise this Privacy Policy in due course, which constitutes a part of this Privacy Policy and has the same effect as this Effectiveness of the Privacy Policy. After we update the Privacy Policy, we will inform you in a reasonable way.

VI. Language

This Privacy Policy is written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the other language versions of the Privacy Policy and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
